Theming tutorial doesn't seem to work.

Hi,

I just tried to do the theming tutorial but it doesn't seem to work.

If you follow the tutorial up to this step "Open the application in your web browser and see that the Worker backgrounds are now red." and build the application, the background will not be red.

I also downloaded the completed demo application at the end of the tutorial and the CSS in the `themes/dojo` directory doesn't seem to be used in the page display.

Updating the CSS in the `styles` does work as expected though.
