Add build status notification

It'd be nice if cli-build-app could send a system notification with the result of a build. Something like https://github.com/adamelliotfields/format-messages-webpack-plugin . In watch mode, you may not always have the build output visible so rather than having to manually watch the output, a system notification could let you know.
