Using Razor without MVC

Are there any samples of classes RazorProjectEngine and RazorProjectFileSystem to use a Razor engine in a console app without including MVC?

There is a 2.0 sample but 2.1 advises to use replacement classes and there seem to be no samples yet of how to use them.
