Future of this project

This project is used by the doctrine-website and is using the RST-parser. With the introduction of phpDocumentor guides in the doctrine website the rst based pages as now rendered by a special renderer in the website project.

To completely remove the rst parser from the doctrine website we would need to replace the rendering here as well. I do see 2 options:

1. abandon this project and move it into the doctrine website so we can remove the RST parser from the dependencies
2. replace the RST parser in this project by guides

Please let me know which direction to take, and I will make it happen.

The maintainers must first choose between moving the project into doctrine-website or replacing its RST parser with guides; done means one direction is agreed and the resulting rendering path no longer requires the RST parser.
