Ⅱ. 问题描述：
打开系统代理选项时报错，且以管理员身份运行无效，重启电脑无效，重装软件无效
使用deepseek对日志进行分析的结果如下：
但它仍未解决我的问题，因为该文件正好好的待在那里，并且大概率没问题（因为我是刚卸载又重装的，我电脑上没装然任何杀毒软件，windows自带的防护也早就将父目录放入排除项了）
