Is there a way to do enrichment (formula, images) on demand?

Is this possible or planned via docling in the future?.
The idea is that these operations are costly and take time and we dont always require them, would be neat to have it possible to load a doclingDocument from Json and call an .enrich() pipeline.

We have implemented our hacky solution for this internally, happy to put up a PR if this is planned!
