DOCLING_ARTIFACTS_PATH vs DOCLING_SERVE_ARTIFACTS_PATH

### Question
What’s the difference between DOCLING_ARTIFACTS_PATH and DOCLING_SERVE_ARTIFACTS_PATH? I need to know which one to use so that models and everything else downloaded at runtime can be downloaded in the /tmp directory of my AWS lambda. Is there any other environment variables to set for it to work?
