Guide to install docling from sources (for ROCM build)

Hi,

I want to run docling with AMD rocm, however it's not officially supported and I couldn't find instructions on how to build it from sources, can someone give me some hints? I don't need detailed instructions, however a trace will be appreciated: which docling repositories do I need to build ? Which tool is used... CMake? How do I install the docling python from sources (no pip) so that I can edit the dependencies, since right now the CUDA version is always installed? Or how do I make it use a local ROCm/pytorch installation?
