### Bug
The conversion did not catch the sub-headers of 'shares' and 'value ($)' in the table.

### Steps to reproduce
Used the latest docling-serve version and using the UI to view the rendered jsons of the converted documents.

### Docling version
I think v.22 - I used the latest docling-serve.

### Python version
