Description
As noted in https://github.com/docling-project/docling-sdg/pull/38#discussion_r2210919359 and the comments in that part of the code, the fact that you can't resume conceptual question generation after a failed run is a missing feature and is inconsistent with the rest of Docling SDG. This should be addressed.
