Debug Docker Builds with VSC does not break on breakpoint

Description

I have DD most recent version
docker buildx version : github.com/docker/buildx v0.30.1-desktop.1 792b8327a475a5d8c9d5f4ea6ce866e7da39ae8b

I create a launch.son as indicated in the article

I launch the debugger. right away the red circle in the editor’s left margin becomes white circle, build docker file goes down to the end without stopping by the end point.
What might ne missing
