Description

The docs for this page are a bit hard to follow:

File: engine/reference/commandline/image_build.md

It says $ docker image build [OPTIONS] PATH | URL | -

But it never says what PATH and URL are to/for. It would help me (and I bet others too) to indicate what they are for.

Research direction

Open docs/engine/reference/commandline/image_build.md and review the docker image build [OPTIONS] PATH | URL | - syntax. Clarify what PATH and URL refer to or are used for, then verify the page explains these arguments clearly.
