Locate RUN_CREATE_KWARGS and RUN_HOST_CONFIG_KWARGS, then trace how create and run pass keyword arguments into the Docker Engine API. Done means the pull option is accepted for the requested pull policy when starting or creating a container, with the relevant behavior verified.
