Description

Container object does not have the ports binded anywhere. Meaning I have to run the container only to get the ports. Is there anyway around this to get the ports without running?

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by reviewing the docker-py Container object and the Docker Engine API behavior for bound ports before a container runs; done means determining whether this can be exposed without starting the container and documenting or implementing the supported behavior.
