Description

The docker API v1.39 added an option copyUIDGID to the PUT endpoint of archive.

This option cannot currently be set through the python API, it would be nice to have! Otherwise, the files that get extracted inside the container have root as owner and it becomes complicate to interact with them.

Thanks

Research direction

Start at the Python API's put_archive method and inspect how archive PUT options are handled, along with any nearby tests. Confirm how the Docker Engine API v1.39 copyUIDGID option should be exposed, then verify that callers can set it and that the option is included in the archive request.
