Description
There was a pywin32 version 225 released 5 days ago.
Our automated testing for windows docker started failing after that.
Locking the pywin32 version to 224 in our ansible has avoided the failure.
The symptom observed with the most recent python27 from chocolatey (with pip and setuptools updated from that, and docker-py and pywin32 installed from current pip versions) is:
docker.errors.DockerException: Install pypiwin32 package to enable npipe:// support

Research direction
Start by reproducing the automated Windows Docker test with pywin32 225, then compare its dependency setup with the Ansible pin to version 224. The work is done when the Windows Docker tests pass with pywin32 225 and the existing npipe support no longer raises the reported DockerException.
