Description
Instead of using low-level API it would be nice to have an object returned, eg ExecResult, with some useful methods and properties, eg has_finished(), exit_code, stdout, stderr... Even just storing the id with an api.exec_inspect wrapper would help.

Research direction
Start at Container.exec_run(detach=True) and trace how the low-level API response is currently exposed. Review the proposed ExecResult shape and the api.exec_inspect wrapper, then define how has_finished(), exit_code, stdout, and stderr should behave; done means detached execution returns an inspectable object without requiring direct low-level API use.
