Description

As per the API spec (https://docs.docker.com/engine/api/v1.24/#37-nodes) it is possible to list nodes while filtering on labels (engine labels). The SDK here does not list this as an option.

It is possible to add this capability?

Research direction

Start with the nodes.list implementation and compare its available options with the Docker Engine API v1.24 nodes documentation linked in the issue. Trace how existing filters are passed to the API and confirm that engine-label filtering can be supplied through the SDK. Done means callers can request nodes filtered by labels.
