Research direction

Start by reproducing Splash startup and inspect the installed package at Python37\lib\site-packages\docker\transport_init_.py, where the missing NpipeAdapter import is reported. Check the installed Docker Python library and its compatibility with Splash. Done means Splash starts without this ImportError, with the relevant package versions documented.
