Description

This may be a limitation and not an issue. I found some documentation regarding APIClient at https://github.com/docker/docker-py/pull/2197, but for refactoring purposes I'd rather not redo everything I have. Is it possible to set placement using DockerClient.services.create? It takes constraints fine, and looking through the code, I think it should work, but I can't seem to figure out the syntax.

Research direction

Compare DockerClient.services.create with the APIClient documentation and pull request #2197 referenced in the issue. Determine whether placement is supported through the high-level method and identify the expected syntax or missing support. Done means the behavior is confirmed and the usage or limitation is clearly documented.
