Description

Short question:

I read the logs (stdout/stderr) over the container.logs and that work but after some times, the output going empty but the docker logs xy show a output. This is happens a long time and different version of docker-py. Anyway I think that is my bug with wrong handling.

I hope someone can give me a hint. Thanks a lot!

Research direction

Start by reviewing hassio/docker/interface.py at the linked line and the container.logs usage described in the report. Compare that behavior with the output from docker logs and determine a reproducible cause for the output becoming empty; done means the discrepancy is explained and a focused fix or reproduction is identified.
