Description
How can I send data into stdin of a container, either on initial run, or with exec_run on an existing container? I am looking for the pythonic equivalent to this:
echo 'Hello, World!' | docker run -i ubuntu bash -c 'cat'

Research direction
Start by examining the library's container run and exec_run entry points, since the issue asks about both initial execution and existing containers. Determine how stdin can be supplied in each case, and consider the work complete when Python callers can send the example data to a container in both workflows.
