Description
When using the wincred setting for the credsStore (the default), I am unable to log into AWS ECR (always returns "no basic auth credentials"). After removing the credsStore entry from the configuration and using inline storage, everything works fine.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the AWS ECR login and push with the default wincred setting and credsStore configuration, then compare it with inline credential storage. Trace the credential-helper path involved in the reported "no basic auth credentials" response; done means AWS ECR authentication and pushing work while wincred remains enabled.
