Description

Docker 17.05 added an option to start new instances of a service before killing the previous one (see https://github.com/moby/moby/pull/30261, https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/31955), however, documentation is very minimal on this feature.

We should add a better description, and example to show its use.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked Moby pull request and issue, then locate the Docker CLI documentation for startup-order and rollback-order. Expand the feature description and add an example showing its use; done means both options are clearly explained with a practical example.
