Research direction
Start at cli/command/service/progress/progress.go, lines 270-281, where the service task status is rendered. Reproduce the issue with docker service scale my_service=1 and inspect how the log line is shortened. Done means the full diagnostic line is shown without truncation while the command output remains usable.
