Description
Description

${HOMEBREW_PREFIX}/lib/docker/cli-plugins -> resolved to /opt/homebrew/lib/docker/cli-plugins

Research direction
Start by locating the Docker CLI plugin configuration parsing entry point and reproduce the example using ${HOMEBREW_PREFIX}/lib/docker/cli-plugins. Done means an environment variable in a plugin config string resolves to its value, such as /opt/homebrew/lib/docker/cli-plugins; add or run focused coverage for this configuration path.
