Description
Please maintain a consistent precision for the bytes currently written value, so that the animation for docker push is less jarring. When the bytes come to an even value at ....0, then the value has different padding and jumps around in the console. For example, use sprintf.

Research direction
Start by tracing the docker push progress display and the code that formats the bytes currently written value. Check how values ending in .0 are rendered and use the issue's sprintf suggestion as a formatting lead. Done means the displayed value keeps consistent precision and no longer jumps during the animation.
