Description
Hi,
It is great to have dockerfiles for the released versions. However, I wonder if you could consider adding "build from master" variation.
It does not need to be rebuild on every commit, however, it would simplify testing unreleased PostgreSQL versions and features.

Research direction
Review the repository's existing Dockerfiles for released PostgreSQL versions and the surrounding build setup. Determine how a separate variation could build from github.com/postgres/postgres master without rebuilding on every commit. Done means the new variation can be built and used to test unreleased PostgreSQL versions and features.
