Description
It should also verify that GLIBC_TUNABLES glibc.pthread.rseq=0 is still necessary (https://github.com/docker-library/mongo/pull/723) so that we know when to remove it.

Research direction
Start by locating the repository's existing image test entry points and the configuration that controls tcmalloc and GLIBC_TUNABLES. Add coverage for tcmalloc.usingPerCPUCaches on MongoDB 8.0 and later, and verify that glibc.pthread.rseq=0 remains necessary; done means the tests detect when either expectation changes.
