Description

https://github.com/docker-library/docs/blob/bb6b29b9a31fe8fe9e083c989b3091914e301fd6/rabbitmq/README.md?plain=1#L159

The above instruction doesn't seem to be correct. By default, I don't seem to be able to access a service provided by a container through the container's IP address from the host. This post confirms my experience as well.

Research direction

Read rabbitmq/README.md at the linked section and verify the documented container-IP access behavior from a host using the relevant Docker setup. Compare the result with the linked discussion, then update the instruction so it accurately describes the supported access path and confirm the README no longer makes the disputed claim.
