Description

I get this same error when I load a video from my local hard drive, both from the website and from a locally-hosted dev server from the respository's code.

```We couldn't find decodable audio stream in your video
The requested file could not be read, typically due to permission problems that have occurred after a reference to a file was acquired.
undefined```
Permissions for the file initially was my main user, then I added 'everyone' to no effect.
Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported video-loading failure from a local hard drive in both the website and the locally hosted development server. Compare the results while checking whether the file permissions or the video's audio stream causes the decodability error; done means identifying the cause and confirming a working local video load.
