## Description
Following:https://github.com/dmlc/dgl/blob/f989f9da1424957172b5dd99b0c2ab528414cb7d/examples/graphbolt/pyg/labor/node_classification.py#L495-L507
we can update rgcn example to use new `DiskBasedFeature` and `CPUCachedFeature`.
