## 🚀 Feature
We should integrate cugraph local storage into DGL to allow DGL to use faster single and multi-gpu cugraph sampling we are developing in cugraph.
This class will be a thin wrapper around `CuGraphStore ` and follow the "Extending DGL Graph Sampling Pipeline" RFC mentioned [here](https://hackmd.io/6PJixJj7Ssy19I-N9CV1Ag?view)
This issue is based on our ongoing discussion and i am raising here to help track it
