open `decord.sln` and build project error

Description
I used command "cmake -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="/DDECORD_EXPORTS" -DCMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES="Release" -G "Visual Studio 15 2017 Win64" -DFFMPEG_DIR="E:\ffmpeg-snapshot\ffmpeg" .." and got the decord.sln
but when I build the project, I got error "libavcodec/libavcodec.h" not found
