Hello,
I'm keen to extend this so I can build atop. The idea for the extension would be to generate data types from the [upstream protobuf definition](https://github.com/pganalyze/libpg_query/blob/d49cc8e1ffe412d67d3dbae6c7020a35edacbe93/protobuf/pg_query.proto) and build some additional wrappers.
If you're intending to use and maintain this library, then I'll make PRs to this repo. Otherwise I'll probably just work in my fork, directly. What's your preference?
