`http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/msgid/` for patches redirects to `http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/`.
It would be useful to have `http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/msgid/` for **cover letters** to redirect to the appropriate `http://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/`.
