The ability to enable a monochromatic clock with background color context

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Allow users to enhance the tab experience. By default, the new tab looks plain and over-minimalist. A simple clock that changes between white and black colored font, depending on the color of the background to make it more readable

I see a commit here "feat: adding clock", but did not see any screenshots yet so I'll keep this feature request open https://github.com/dkhd/winterly-tab/commit/aa5092f9a6c5aae55d93092b07018c3264fca81f
