Add missing strings for translations in the header, menu, subfooter and footer

The header, menu, subfooter and footer strings of the [Django website](https://www.djangoproject.com/) don't exist in the translation files at [Transifex](https://app.transifex.com/django/). These strings should be added into a translation file in order for the site to appear translated in other languages.

**My suggestion** _(as a non-programmer)_:
Add the missing strings into the project `djangoproject.com`, resource `main`.
Below are lists of missing strings devided by header, menu, subfooter and footer:

Open the djangoproject.com project in Transifex, select the main resource, and compare its entries with the header, menu, subfooter, and footer lists in this issue. The work is done when all listed strings are present in the translation resource so those site sections can be translated; check related issues #2174, #2474, and #1648 and PRs #2494 and #2496 first.
