Fix inconsistent horizontal line under "Mentors" heading on GSoC 2026 page

Description
An extra horizontal line appears directly under the "Mentors" section heading
on the GSoC 2026 wiki page.
This becomes especially noticeable when navigating using the sidebar links,
where the page scrolls to the section and the red line appears over the heading.
This looks inconsistent with other sections like "Students"
and appears to be an unintended UI/CSS issue.
