Description
The ethical ads integration in the django commons 1password account is now wired up to automatically deposit funds into the DSF's bank account via Stripe. It's a small amount of money (the toolbar took 6+ months to accumulate $50), but it can add up over time.
If other projects want to use this, we need to email ReadTheDocs / EthicalAds and they'll be added to our publisher account.
We should make this known to other projects somehow.

Research direction
Start by identifying where shared guidance for Django Commons projects is maintained; the issue names no file or entry point. Review the described ReadTheDocs/EthicalAds publisher-account process and document how other projects can request inclusion, with the finished guidance made discoverable to those projects.
