Description

It's conceivable that the underlying aggregator knows about VDAFs that divviup-api doesn't. We should provide some support for these VDAFs, possibly by having an unstructed VDAF variant (serde::Value) that just passes JSON blobs back and forth through the aggregator API.

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests; start by tracing how VDAFs are represented and passed through the aggregator API. Clarify whether an unstructured serde::Value variant is the intended design, then define how arbitrary JSON blobs are accepted and returned before adding coverage for that behavior.
