Flashing background during generation

When the application is working on generating an image, the output area flashes colours.
This can be disturbing, and in extreme cases also cause seizures especially for people with a history of epilepsy.

Would request considering disabling this action, especially since the spinner already performs the function of showing that work is happening in the background.
