Models error when downloading / imported direct dload of 1.5 but still asks for 1.5 to dload

Description
Models wont download so tried importing this - https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5/resolve/main/v1-5-pruned-emaonly.ckpt - but it still asks to download the 1.5? Tried restarting & reinstalling, etc. Any idea how to solve?
