[fix] create/adjust PR templates

brain dump:

### PR Templates
**PR Template at the moment:**
* What changed? (detail in this helps make reviewing easier; make sure that anybody could come in here and easily test it, get it up and running; )
* How can you test this?

**To add:**
* Visual section for images or video where you can put an image of what changed, before and after, or a Loom video of you testing it; helps to get reviewer (re)acquainted with the code
* Section your code with comments
* require to tie PRs to issues

Make it clear to people that they don’t have to do everything in one PR even if the issue hasn’t been broken down first
Explain that people should close issue with PR

### Add automation
* automatically add all PRs to Project
