Static Resource Channel

My request is not related to any problems, but I want to suggest something. I would like to propose an idea of making a
channel where either staffs are able to post useful blogs relating to networking.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
You could create a resource channel where staffs can only send blogs, websites, links, or videos in it that are related to networking and to help networking students to find more resources to read to for added knowledge. But make sure
no one is allowed to chat in that channel besides links, videos, blogs, or websites. Resources are only authorized to be posted in the channel to keep things organize.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
You could make a channel related to my idea but in a different way, but it's up to the staffs of the server if they would consider it.
