Ik zie in het werkblad facts dat bij bestuursorgaan, regel 1 t/5 artikel 1:1, eerste en tweede lid Awb zijn uitgewerkt. Is er een reden waarom het derde lid van dat artikel niet is uitgewerkt? Het derde lid vormt het laatste stukje definitie van het begrip bestuursorgaan, althans in mijn beleving.

Done means the definition is complete or the omission is clearly justified.
