How can I update a bad matchiing context for all users in a minute ?

## Problem
We made a mistake in a matching context (faux positif on all page of many websites).
We discovered it and made the change.
But 4 hours later ther are still user victim of the previous bad matching context.

## better solution in BO ?
As contributor, is it better for en users to change notice status to private ? I man will solve problem earlier for everyone ?

## Other solution to bring down the delay of change ?
Is there a way to be sure nobody will be victim of the "faux positif" a minute after ?
