Sentry: Exhausted event quota

Description
Just received a message saying we have exhausted our event quota on Sentry. So now we have to either 1) upgrade our plan or 2) reduce the volume of events.
It looks like the vast majority of events are coming from this one issue:
is this something we can address easily @JalilArfaoui or is it connected to an existing issue?
