Offline retry behavior

### Clear and concise description of the problem

E.g. in your example when offline and saving a new todo it simply does not save.

### Suggested solution

What I would love to have is something how Notion works: Form submission gets saved, e.g. in local storage, and retried until online again. Only problem that comes in my mind is potential conflicts when the same data has been changed in the meantime by someone else.
