MCP Server causing "Interrupted by user" immediately

Description
When the Directus mcp server is installed, any and all prompts immediately return "Interrupted by user". As soon as I remove the Directus mcp server, Claude Code works as expected. (All caches deleted, the Claude Desktop configuration does not contain any mcp servers.)
